Job summary

William Hill PLC in London is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Tottenham shop. This part-time role (30 hours per week) offers a base salary of £12.75 per hour plus London weighting. You will welcome customers, process bets, assist with betting terminals, build relationships and champion safer gambling.

You may help with shop displays and opening/closing tasks as required. Shifts run 8am–10pm, across Monday to Sunday on a rota, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (it’s a legal requirement).
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Ability to engage with customers from all walks of life.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face.
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
• Helping customers by demonstrating how to use betting terminals.
• Building relationships with customers and providing excellent service.
• Championing safer gambling at all times.
