Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our store in East Midlands. You will work in a busy retail environment where no day is the same, delivering great service to customers.

Your role includes assisting customers, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping keep the store clean and well presented. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and support a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves and help maintain the store’s appearance.
• Process payments and assist with tills as required.
• Contribute to safe, clean and well-organized store operations.
• Assist with post office operations if store has a Post Office Local and pass required background checks.
