Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will be at the heart of addressing customer needs, stocking shelves, and processing payments while keeping the store inviting and well-presented.

You will work across store areas, take part in training, and help ensure safe, compliant operations. You may also support post office duties where available and participate in community events.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves and keep the store tidy and organised.
• Process payments and assist with checkouts.
• Support on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve service.
