Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy retail team in the UK. You will be working in a fast paced store, providing friendly service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping keep the store looking its best.

You will engage with customers, follow safety procedures, support diverse store areas from tills to replenishment, and assist with events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to stock shelves and process payments.
• Willingness to support store operations and maintain appearance.
• Post Office Local role may require a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across all store areas.
• Stock shelves and manage replenishment tasks.
• Process payments at tills and self-service where applicable.
• Keep the store clean, safe and well organised.
• Support seasonal, community and charity events.
• Follow Think 25 policy for age-restricted products.
• Take part in shift coverage when needed.
