Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor on a 16-hour contract with weekend availability at our St. Ives store. You will work alongside the Shop Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales through visual and operational excellence, and train the team to maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in line with ACE pillars.
• Maintain high visual standards and support displays and replenishment.
• Make commercial decisions to drive sales and communicate KPIs to the team.
• Lead team briefs in management absence and motivate the team.
• Support stock management, deliveries, and store administration.
• Promote charity and ethical sourcing awareness to customers and colleagues.
