White Stuff is hiring a Customer Host to join our store team. This 4-hour contract may require weekend availability, and you will be the friendly face who delivers an outstanding in-store experience for every customer.

You will work under the Shop Manager, contribute to KPI-minded goals, present products to customers, and support stock, events, and multichannel shopping. A passion for fashion and service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store across the customer journey.
• Assist with product presentation, floor moves, replenishment and stock control.
• Support events, multichannel shopping and sign-ups to newsletters.
• Process deliveries, stock takes and ship-from-store / Click+Collect processes.
• Maintain brand standards and comply with health & safety procedures.
