Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor on a 16‑hour contract with weekend availability to lead a Shop team on the high street. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, manage stock and promotions, and ensure visual standards are maintained across the store.

You will report into the Shop Manager and work within our Retail team to coach colleagues, support commercial decisions, and uphold our ACE values in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service in line with ACE pillars.
• Promote customer data capture and email sign-ups while guiding multichannel shopping.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store, assist with floor moves, displays and replenishment.
• Explain product features and promote ranges to customers to drive sales.
• Make commercial decisions on stock, promotions and trading opportunities.
