White Stuff in St Andrews is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 14-hour weekend contract to support the Shop Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience and strong store standards.

You will lead by example, coach the team, maintain visual presentation, assist with stock and promotions, and help drive KPI performance while upholding our brand values and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/retail and customer service.
• Ability to supervise and train team.
• Weekend availability and flexibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the Customer Journey.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store and support floor moves and displays.
• Support stock management, promotions, and KPI communication to the team.
• Coach and develop the team, run briefs in absence of Shop Manager, and ensure store standards.
