Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host to join our Retail team. This 8-hour contract may require weekend availability. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience, present our products with passion, and support in-store operations.

You will follow our ACE pillars, promote multichannel shopping with mPOS, sign customers up to newsletters, and participate in events. A strong team spirit and enthusiasm for fashion are essential. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.
• Assist in product presentation, stock replenishment, and floor moves.
• Support in daily shop operations including stock checks, stocktakes, and POS duties.
• Engage customers with the brand, promote promotions, and collect emails for newsletters.
