Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 20-hour contract with weekend availability. You will work in our Tees Valley stores, leading by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and supporting the Shop Manager to drive commercial and visual standards.

You will coach a team, promote customer data collection and multichannel shopping, and ensure KPI targets are understood and pursued. This role blends people management with active shop floor duties and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Passion for Retail and Fashion.
• Ability to coach and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Comfort with stock, promotions and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service in line with ACE pillars.
• Promote and collect customer information and drive email sign ups.
• Introduce customers to multichannel shopping and endless aisle orders.
• Report to Shop Manager and support day-to-day shop operations.
