Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead the team on the shop floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work with the Shop Manager to uphold commercial standards, visuals and daily operations, while guiding and training colleagues to reach targets.

You will be passionate about fashion and retail, thrive in a team environment, and bring energy to developing the team and delivering great service on weekends and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisor roles.
• Strong customer focus and ability to coach a team.
• Comfort with stock, promotions and shop floor basics.
• Ability to drive great customer experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support Shop Manager with commercial standards and operations.
• Coach and motivate the team to hit targets and KPIs.
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation on the shop floor.
• Assist with stock, promotions and weekly shop duties.
