Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service per ACE pillars.
• Promote and gather customer data for email sign ups and conversions.
• Champion multichannel shopping and endless aisle orders.
• Maintain high in-store visual standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Understand product features and promote them to customers.
• Make commercial decisions on stock, promotions and KPIs.
• Organise shop operations using Rotageek and communicate daily actions.
