Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead a retail team on weekends with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to maintain visual standards, drive sales and support staff development.

The role requires confidence in coaching colleagues, managing stock and promotions, and communicating KPI insights to the team. A 16‑hour contract and weekend availability are noted as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Passion for retail and fashion with team level leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear communication.
• Comfort with data protection and customer data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coach and motivate shop team, especially during management absence.
• Contribute to visual standards, promotions and KPI awareness.
• Oversee stock flow, stock takes and replenishment to maximise sales.
• Support shop manager with training and team development.
