Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member for its store in St Columb. This role is part-time and temporary, with 20 hours per week on a rota basis.

You will help customers find products, provide expert advice, promote offers and our membership scheme, and contribute to achieving store KPIs while maintaining high store standards. Strong communication, a genuine interest in retail, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with computers and learning new systems is required.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and handle multiple tasks.
• Awareness of GDPR and health & safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable and solution-focused service.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Promote current offers and recommend suitable products.
• Support delivery of sales targets and store KPIs.
• Handle customer queries and take ownership of follow-ups.
