Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week role on a rota basis in-store. You'll deliver friendly, expert assistance, help customers find products, and promote offers in a welcoming retail environment.

You’ll work with the team to support sales targets, maintain store standards, and ensure customers leave with a positive impression. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, with training provided.
