Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to join the Retail team in Ripley. This temporary (3 months), part-time role involves 8 hours per week, including Saturdays, with responsibilities from stock support to customer engagement.

Training will be provided. You’ll contribute to a great shopping experience, uphold store standards, and help maximise sales while adhering to health and safety and GDPR guidelines.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service that is friendly, respectful and solution-focused.
• Support store team to maximise sales through product knowledge.
• Take ownership of a department and drive sales with merchandising and promotions.
• Review stock levels and adjust seasonally to meet customer needs.
• Process goods inwards and maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Handle cash and follow company procedures.
