Mole Valley Farmers is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Romsey to join a friendly team. This part-time, permanent role offers weekend work and a guaranteed focus on delivering outstanding service, stock presentation, and helping customers with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full training provided, no prior experience required.
• Strong retail focus and customer service passion.
• Good IT skills and accuracy in systems.
• Awareness of health & safety and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service that is friendly, respectful, and solution-focused.
• Supporting the store team in maximising sales opportunities through product knowledge.
• Taking ownership of a designated department and driving sales through merchandising and promotions.
• Reviewing stock levels and adjusting seasonally to meet customer needs.
• Processing goods inwards and maintaining stock file accuracy.
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and the store is well-presented.
• Becoming proficient in cash handling and following company procedures.
• Working in line with health & safety guidelines and GDPR compliance.
