Oliver Bonas Limited is hiring a Team Member to join OB Team on part-time hours in our Oxford store. You will provide a great customer experience, maintain product knowledge and work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team.
• Adhere to operational practices and procedures, e.g. stock deliveries, health and safety, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including back of house/stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Be aware of store sales targets and performance versus targets.
