Qualifications

• High competency of CDM regulations / Construction Management experience.
• Qualified in SMSTS and Asbestos awareness.
• Ability to manage fast-paced programmes & deliver critical milestones.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & deliver completion on time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute an annual asset renewal programme across assigned asset disciplines.
• Ensure all projects are compliant with Construction Design & Management Regulations.
• Manage and develop an effective contractor and consultant base.
• Engage and coach a Direct Report to ensure motivated delivery of assigned projects.
