Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive to manage retail branches and transfer activities in the UK. You will engage with customers, prioritise appointments, and drive revenue while learning the car-buying business with comprehensive training.

The role requires a valid UK driving license, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication. Flexible hours include weekends, with a rewarding bonus scheme and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Being able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with back office and coordinate with colleagues.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary:£16,920 per year

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
