Job summary

We Buy Any Car Ltd. in the United Kingdom is hiring a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead one of our busy branches. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

Salary £28,200 per year with OTE £35,220. Working 42.5 hours per week on a rotating 5-on/2-off shift, with weekend work. A fantastic monthly and annual bonus based on performance is also available.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
