Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy WBAC branch, drive vehicle appraisals, pricing decisions and top‑notch customer service.

The role is 25.5 hours per week on a 3 days on/4 days off rotation with weekend work; the base salary is £16,920 plus a fantastic monthly bonus and an annual bonus based on company performance. Training will be provided for all car knowledge.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch; main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Carry out car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required
