WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to run a busy branch and drive daily sales targets. The role involves buying cars, managing customer relationships, and coordinating transfers, with a 25.5-hour week on a rotating 3 days on / 4 days off pattern, including weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers and drive sales targets.
• Contact customers, prioritise diary and secure appointments.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with back office and teammates to keep operations smooth.
• Assist transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £16,920 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
