Job summary

webuyanycar is recruiting for a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in Nottingham, UK. The role is 25.5 hours weekly on a rotating 3-on/4-off pattern with weekend work, delivering customer-focused service and driving branch performance.

You will lead car purchases, manage appointments, negotiate prices, and close deals, while coordinating with back-office teams and the transport side as required.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £16,920 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.
