Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager for a busy UK branch in Thornhills. The role centers on leading sales activities, valuing vehicles, negotiating deals and delivering exceptional customer service to customers daily.

You will manage appointments, meet targets, and work 25.5 hours per week in a rotating 3-on/2-off pattern with weekend work. Comprehensive training and extensive bonus opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work alone and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation, acting as the main contact for customers.
• Prioritise diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to maintain smooth operations.
• Help the transport team when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary:£16,920 per year

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workloadBeing able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
