We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch. The role involves buying cars, managing customer interactions, and driving performance in a high-volume environment.

You will handle appraisals, price negotiations, and ensure smooth branch operations while developing relationships with customers and teams. A full UK driving licence and strong IT/administration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is required.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently (lone working).
• Strong organisational and workload prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure efficient branch operation; be the main customer contact.
• Contact customers and manage diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Support transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workloadBe able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
