Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the United Kingdom. The role involves driving sales, appraising vehicles, negotiating prices, and delivering exceptional customer service at a busy branch with a 42.5-hour week and rotational shifts, including weekends.

You'll be the main contact for customers, manage appointments, and work with back office and logistics teams. Full UK manual driving license required; high focus on targets and customer satisfaction.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
