We Buy Any Car Ltd. is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead day-to-day sales at a busy UK branch. You’ll manage customer-facing activities, appraise vehicles, negotiate deals and drive branch performance in a fast-growing market-leading brand.

The role requires a UK driving licence, strong drive for targets, and excellent customer service with good IT skills. Weekend work and a 42.5-hour week are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.

• Ability to work well under pressure and alone.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Executive you will be the main point of contact for customers and ensure the efficient running of branches.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:
