Job summary

New Balance is seeking a welcoming Retail Associate to engage customers, educate on products, and drive sales across our stores in the UK. You will be part of a supportive team and play a key role in delivering a positive in-store experience from entry to checkout.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is flexible for weekends, and is motivated by achieving personal KPIs while adhering to store standards and procedures. Growth opportunities exist across our European locations.

Qualifications

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
