Superdrug Stores plc in Livingston is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team at Almondvale Shopping Centre. You will recruit, inspire and develop colleagues to exceed targets and deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll drive sales through promotions, effective merchandising and stock control, while maintaining operational excellence, including audits, budgets and stock management. Flexibility across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualificações

• Previous retail management experience is required.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
• Willingness to perform piercing services with full training (optional).
