Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager, leading a team to deliver strong customer service and sales. The role covers recruitment, merchandising, stock control, audits, budgets, and creating an engaging environment for customers and colleagues.

The position offers full-time hours (39 per week) with a salary up to £31,600 per annum and benefits including 30% staff discount, up to 33 days annual leave and career training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
