Job summary

SUPERDRUG in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, driving customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

You will recruit and lead a team, manage promotions, merchandising, stock and budgets, with training provided for optional services. This role is full-time with a 39-hour week in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional).

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum
