Superdrug in Hitchin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, leading a dedicated team and driving sales through promotions and strong merchandising.

You will ensure operational excellence with audits, budgets and stock management, while creating a fun environment for customers and colleagues. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and staff discounts.

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum
