Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Livingston to work alongside the Store Manager and lead a team of colleagues at Almondvale Shopping Centre. The role involves 39 hours per week, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will recruit and motivate a team to exceed targets, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining stock control and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
