Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy retail team at our Tottenham location. You will recruit and motivate staff, drive sales through promotions and merchandizing, and maintain stock control to meet targets.

Expect to oversee audits, budgets, and daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The role offers full-time hours, shift flexibility, and a competitive package with a performance bonus and staff discounts.

Location: 460 High Road, Tottenham, London N17 9JW

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £34,000 Per Annum
