Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Newtownabbey is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager. You will recruit and lead a team, drive sales through intelligent merchandising, and maintain stock control while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves 39 hours per week, full-time shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a salary up to £33,000–£34,000 per annum. Training is provided for optional piercing services as part of the customer offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers with full training provided (Optional).

Hours per Week: 39 hours
