SUPERDRUG in Newtownabbey invites applications for an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced health and beauty store.

You will recruit, motivate and manage staff, oversee merchandising and stock control, and support daily store operations with a strong focus on targets and guest experience. This role offers a competitive salary and progression opportunities.

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £33,000 to 34,000 Per Annum

The Role
