Superdrug Stores plc in Broadstairs is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, overseeing a 39-hour week and flexible shift patterns.

You’ll lead a team, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, manage stock and budgets, and create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. The role offers progression opportunities and a competitive rewards package.
