Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newtownabbey to work with the Store Manager, lead a team and drive store performance. The role involves staffing, sales promotions, merchandising, and stock control in a hands-on retail environment.

You’ll join a team focused on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets, with training and opportunities for career progression within Superdrug.

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (Optional)

Location: Unit 59/60 Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey, Newtownabbey, Antrim BT37 9UH

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £33,000 to 34,000 Per Annum

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
