Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role with a focus on hospitality.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach staff and deputise for management when needed.
• Deliver great customer service across the restaurant.
• Work with the team to maintain station coverage and high service standards.
• Drive sales through customer interactions and promote the Dobbies Club membership.
• Ensure adherence to Restaurant Operational procedures and hygiene standards.
• Address customer queries with strong product knowledge including dietary needs.
• Work with the team to keep the restaurant clean and well-presented.
• Occasionally perform keyholder responsibilities.
