With proven restaurant management experience, you will coach staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and adapt to seasonal menus and events, helping us maintain a welcoming, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management with hospitality focus.
• Commercial awareness including budgets and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operation including kitchen and front of house.
