Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across store transactions.
• Promote Dobbies Club membership to drive sales.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, allergies, and dietary needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep with the team.
• Support stock, till work, deliveries, and restaurant service as required.
