Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking an energetic Restaurant Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction across our restaurant(s). You will support the team, coach staff, and assist the management team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

The role focuses on delivering great customer service, managing shifts, and promoting our Club benefits, while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards in a busy, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a hospitality focus.
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach staff and deputise for management when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service across the restaurant and assist with transactions.
• Maintain service standards and ensure high level of guest experience by all team members.
