Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role with a hospitality mindset.
• Proven supervisory experience leading a small team.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy restaurant setting.
• Punctual, well-presented and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle allergies and dietary requirements with knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach team members; deputise for management when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service across the restaurant.
• Work with the team to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
• Drive sales by promoting the Dobbies Club membership benefits.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant procedures and guidelines.
• Answer customer queries with product knowledge and dietary info.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant; assist as needed.
• Occasional keyholder responsibilities may be required.
