Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across our restaurants, oversee daily service, and mentor Customer Advisors while supporting the management team.

You will coach staff, handle customer queries, promote the Dobbies Club membership, maintain food hygiene standards, and help keep the restaurant clean and well-staffed in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer facing role with a passion for hospitality and supervisory experience.
• Punctual, well presented and with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and maintain high service standards.

Aufgaben

• Support and coach staff and deputise for management when needed.
• Deliver great customer service across restaurant transactions.
• Ensure staff efficiency and cover all stations to maintain service levels.
• Drive sales by promoting Dobbies Club membership.
• Monitor compliance with Restaurant procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Provide product knowledge and assistance on allergens and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
• Role may involve keyholder responsibilities and flexible hours.
