Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking Restaurant Customer Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants, promote the Dobbies Club and help drive sales.

You will work on the shop floor and in the restaurant, assist with queries, maintain high cleanliness and support stock, till work and deliveries as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to build relationships and work well in a team.
• Reliable, punctual and ready to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Drive sales through customer interactions and promote Dobbies Club.
• Assist with queries using product knowledge, including allergies and dietary needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Support stock, till work, deliveries, and restaurant service as required.
