Job summary

Shepherd Neame is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader for The Hoop and Grapes in London. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, support the General Manager, and deliver outstanding service that reflects our heritage and standards. You’ll coach staff, uphold health and safety requirements, and ensure guests leave delighted.

This role offers training and development across our pubs, brewery, and support office, with flexible hours and benefits designed to reward commitment and team spirit.
