Job summary

Shepherd Neame is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in Lenham, Kent, to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional service to guests. You’ll greet customers, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help keep the dining area clean while working closely with kitchen and bar teams.

No experience? No problem—training and support are provided to help you succeed in a hospitality role at Britain’s oldest brewer.

Where You’ll Be Working

Overlooking the village square in Lenham, Kent, the Dog and Bear Hotel combines the friendly atmosphere of a local pub with all the comforts of a contemporary hotel and restaurant. It embraces that unique heritage, retaining historic character features such as oak beams, and traditional décor and houses 24 en-suite bedrooms.
