Shepherd Neame’s Bellhouse in Leigh-on-Sea is hiring a Restaurant Team Member for part-time permanent hours. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve meals and drinks, and maintain a clean dining area with high hygiene standards.

Where You’ll Be Working

The Bellhouse is a busy Pub & Restaurant located in Rayleigh Road, Leigh-on-Sea. Whether you’re joining us for dinner or drinks, you can take in the surrounding scenic garden and woodland area or our venue is the ideal location for special occasions and impromptu gatherings, all year round.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised dining area and uphold hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Contribute ideas to improve the guest experience.
