Job summary

The Groucho Club in London’s Soho is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee service in The Dining Room and Bernie's. You will lead the floor team, ensure smooth shifts, and deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

The role requires visible leadership, hospitality excellence, and strong communication to maintain the club’s distinctive character and high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or senior hospitality leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Strong hospitality mindset with focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations across The Dining Room and Bernie's.
• Motivate and guide the restaurant team throughout each shift.
• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for members and guests.
• Manage table allocations, reservations and service flow.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, reception, events and Duty Managers.
